Documents required to get the service:

a) the application for a license with the name and organizational-legal form of legal entity , its location ( postal address ) , name of the institution bank and a bank account , a licensed activity ( or part thereof ).

b) a notarized copy of the certificate of state registration of a legal entity;

c) the document confirming payment of the consideration by the licensing authority of a license ;

d) a document evidencing ownership or other real rights on buildings, utilities and manufacturing equipment used to carry out the licensed activity ;

e ) Finally, the territorial department of state security Uzgosneftegazinspektsii nefteskladskogo farm equipment for receiving, storing , inventory and delivery of petroleum products , the availability of special education at the service staff;

g) Finally, the territorial bodies of fire supervision of compliance with fire protection requirements ;

Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On licensing of certain activities» № 71-II dated 25 May 2000; Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On Approval of the Regulation on licensing of sales of petroleum products» № 289 of June 28, 2003.

Cost and method of payment for the service:

For considering an application for a license fee of one minimum wage set by law.

Period of dealing with an application:

Application processing time for a decision to grant or deny a license for thirty days from the date of receipt of the application and all necessary documents to obtain a license.

Methods for obtaining results:

Personally, by mail or e-mail.

Result of the service:

Notice of the application on the activity of refined products (except sales through service stations and exchange points of oils).

Reasons for refusal:

The license may be refused on the grounds provided for in Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On licensing of certain activities» № 71-II dated May 25, 2000

Order of appeal:

A written request addressed to the head of the licensing authority.
