The regional governor, Khayrullo Bozorov, received a delegation from the Chinese company Xiamen Maoxing Group Co., Ltd led by its chairman, Chen Maiqun. During the meeting, they discussed potential cooperation in the fields of construction, healthcare, education, and energy.
Chen Maiqun expressed his gratitude for the warm reception and stated the company’s intention to invest in Fergana in these sectors, aiming to implement new projects. The investors expressed interest in participating in urban development, particularly in building comfortable multi-story residential buildings and engaging in industrial and manufacturing construction projects.
Governor Bozorov invited the representatives of the Chinese company to participate in the ongoing construction projects in Fergana, particularly in the “Eco-city” and the “New Uzbekistan” town project in Margilan, which have become major construction zones in the region.
Additionally, the discussion included plans to establish an oncology treatment center in Fergana, bring necessary medical equipment from China, enhance the skills of local doctors, produce solar panels for homes, and set up language centers in Fergana. Governor Bozorov emphasized the importance of each proposal for the region and assured full support in these endeavors.
Both parties agreed that their respective specialists would work together on the discussed matters.
