THE "REGISTON" PRIVATE SCHOOL HAS OFFICIALLY OPENED IN FERGANA

The "Registon" private school has officially opened in Fergana, with a ceremonial event attended by the regional governor, Khayrullo Bozorov. In his address, the governor expressed confidence that this new educational institution will become a true center of learning for the youth of Fergana and wished the teaching staff success in their endeavors. He emphasized the significant role of educators in enhancing the quality of education and spreading innovative practices, noting the increasing importance of non-governmental educational institutions in the region.
At present, 85 non-governmental educational institutions are operating in the region, serving nearly 17,000 students. This year, plans are in place to establish an additional 21 private schools.
Located in the "Soy Bo’yi" neighborhood, the new school has begun its first academic year for 2024-2025, welcoming 500 pupils across grades 1 to 11. The curriculum offers a strong focus on mathematics, English, and IT. The project saw an investment of 40 billion UZS, resulting in a modern educational facility. Designed to accommodate 812 pupils, the five-story building features 55 classrooms, a library, a stadium, an assembly hall, and a cafeteria.
Following the ribbon-cutting ceremony, regional leaders and guests toured the school to familiarize themselves with the facilities and the environment created for both teachers and pupils!
