Preparations for the 6th International "Atlas Festival" of Traditional Textile in Margilan are nearing completion, with the city ready to welcome guests. The festival will bring together nearly 60 skilled designers, artisans, renowned cultural figures, and art scholars from 30 countries, as well as artisans from Uzbekistan and representatives of both domestic and international media outlets.
Khairullo Bozorov, Governor of the Fergana Region, visited Margilan to personally inspect the preparations for this international event. The main activities will be held in the Erkin Vohidov Creative Park, where pavilions have been set up for artisans arriving from both abroad and other regions of Uzbekistan. The governor reviewed the landscaping and pavilion setup for the event, which will conclude with a closing ceremony at the park’s amphitheater. Preparations for the program's closing ceremony are currently underway.
The regional governor closely examined each aspect of the preparations, issuing directives to ensure that all tasks are completed with high quality by the end of the day.
