In particular, the "Sherakhun" private enterprise in the Oltiariq district has introduced and installed modern packaging technology for this purpose.
The regional governor visited the logistics center of the enterprise to observe the workflow. Currently, grapes, peaches, and other products are being packaged here and prepared for export. Contracts have been signed for sales to the United States and Poland.
Last year, as a trial, one ton of grapes was sent to the U.S. and distributed at "NetCost" food retail centers in New York, where it sold out within two days due to high demand. This year, the demand for fresh fruits is also increasing.
The regional governor gave instructions to further increase the number of packaging machines and expand export volumes.
