The “Temurbeklar School” Military-Academic Lyceum in Fergana hosted a solemn oath-taking ceremony for newly enrolled students this year.
The event was attended by Khayrullo Bozorov, Governor of the Fergana region and Head of the Military-Administrative Sector; Major General Oybek Saidov, Commander of the Eastern Military District; Bahodir Ismoilov, Regional Prosecutor; parents of the students; military personnel; and representatives of the wider community.
During the ceremony, the governor emphasized that the “Temurbeklar School,” established at the initiative of the President, has truly become a center for nurturing the brave and valiant sons of our nation. He highlighted the significance of education and knowledge in living up to the honorable title of “Defender of the Motherland” and wished the students success in using the opportunities provided to them to serve their country with patriotism and loyalty.
A total of 157 first-year students took their solemn oath during the event.
The ceremony featured performances by the military orchestra, demonstrations of hand-to-hand combat skills by the students of the Fergana “Temurbeklar School,” and a series of patriotic songs performed by local artists, which added a lively and spirited atmosphere to the celebration.
