ENTREPRENEURS’ COUNCIL ESTABLISHED IN KOKAND

A meeting was held at the “Qo‘qon Beysicles” LLC, located within the “Kokand” Free Economic Zone, where the Governor of Fergana Region, Khayrullo Bozorov, and the Regional Prosecutor, Bahtiyor Ismoilov, met with entrepreneurs from various sectors operating in Kokand.
The Governor emphasized that supporting and developing entrepreneurship is a key priority today, announcing the establishment of the Entrepreneurs’ Council in Kokand, similar to those already operating in the cities of Margilan and Fergana.
The newly established Council will serve as a close and reliable partner for entrepreneurs, actively assisting them in the implementation of their projects. It was also noted that the “Kokand” Technopark is being set up, and the Free Economic Zone offers vast opportunities for entrepreneurs to launch new projects and expand their business activities.
During the meeting, more than 50 entrepreneurs from Kokand and the Uchkuprik district raised issues and concerns related to their business activities.
Chinese investors presented projects in collaboration with Kokand entrepreneurs, including the construction of a five-star hotel and the establishment of a production facility for car batteries. Entrepreneurs expressed their interest in a range of new business ventures and shared their plans, seeking support and guidance for their implementation.
