Comprehensive housing programs have been developed across various districts of our region, and large-scale construction projects are currently underway to ensure adequate housing for residents.
The Governor of the Fergana region, Khayrullo Bozorov, along with the Regional Prosecutor, Bahtiyor Ismoilov, visited Kokand city to inspect the progress of new housing developments.
In the Shirin neighborhood, “Marrakesh House” LLC has constructed two 7-story residential complexes. Currently, one building, comprising 77 apartments, has been completed and is now ready for occupancy, while final construction work is being carried out on the second building. It is planned to establish an eco-market in the basement of the complex, while the first floor will accommodate retail shops.
During his inspection, the Governor issued instructions to improve the area’s infrastructure and enhance beautification efforts.
Additionally, a new residential complex is being constructed on Turkiston Avenue in collaboration with “Dream House Kokand” and the Chinese company “Shanghai House.” The project, valued at $20 million, includes seven 9-story buildings with a total of 690 apartments. The first and second floors will house retail outlets and service centers.
The Governor reviewed the construction process of the “Turkiston Avenue” residential complex, emphasizing the need to accelerate construction work while maintaining high standards of quality.
