Today, Khayrullo Bozorov, the Governor of Fergana Region, received Amir Ali Salemi, CEO of Qatar’s JTA International Investment Holding Company.
During the meeting, they discussed several promising projects planned to be implemented in the region across various sectors.
The governor began by outlining Fergana’s economic and investment potential, highlighting the region’s efforts in economic and investment projects, exports, tourism, industry, manufacturing, and the IT sector.
The Qatari businessman praised the available opportunities, providing insights into the successes achieved by corporate organizations and subsidiary companies in Qatar and the United Kingdom in the fields of energy, innovation and technology, tourism and transportation, healthcare, and agriculture and food industries. He also expressed his intention to invest in Fergana’s agriculture sector and establish a tourism village in the region. Several proposals for future projects in these areas were presented.
The governor emphasized the importance of these potential projects for the region, particularly in the tourism and agriculture sectors, and assured that each proposed project would receive full support and the necessary assistance for successful implementation.
