During the discussions, they reviewed plans for a hotel, multi-story residential complex, and a series of retail and service outlets to be established in Fergana City by Chinese developers.
The Chinese investors remarked that Fergana region is becoming one of the most attractive destinations for investment, with tourism and urban development sectors seeing rapid growth. They presented an overview of their major completed projects and expressed their intent to invest in new projects within the region, outlining their business plans.
The Governor highlighted that currently, around 200 enterprises in Fergana operate with Chinese investment and assured that full support would be provided for the successful implementation of the proposed projects.
Once the project preparation is fully completed, the parties agreed to proceed with the next stages of execution.
